Change your Twitter/Tumblr usernames and don’t mention your past ones so they cannot go through archive websites to find anything, and delete ANY tweet mentioning your country, language, parents, school level, health issues, homeworks- these are the most telling clues on your identity. And of course, deactivate or private your accounts if you are really scared. Please stay safe.
ADDING- if scared of skilled doxxing, use a VPN (instead on your computer, NOT from your browser) and log in and log out with it on at least 4 times, then turn it off while logged in. It’s the usual safety demarch for blogging platforms like Tumble and Blogspot.
